Cancellation Policy
I ask for at least a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel/reschedule. If you fail to give me a notice 24 hours in advance from your appointment time you will be charged 20% of your service total(if you made a deposit it is non refundable).
If you no show you will be charged 50% of your service total.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule.
If a card is not put on file or a deposit is not made your appointment will not be accepted.
If you no show and have no form of payment on file or a deposit paid you will be banned from further booking.
